Department Examinations (10 items)

Examination Item Description
Oral Examination Early detection of dental caries, gingivitis, and periodontitis, along with oral health guidance.
Color Vision Check for color blindness.
Intraocular Pressure Intraocular pressure refers to the pressure inside the eyeball. It is the balanced pressure exerted by the contents of the eye on the eyeball wall. Normal intraocular pressure remains stable within a certain range to maintain the normal shape of the eyeball and ensure optimal optical performance of the refractive media. Normal range: 1.47–2.79 kPa (11–21 mmHg). Measures the internal pressure of the eyeball.
General Examination Basic health parameters including height, weight, and blood pressure to assess whether the body is normal, detect underweight, overweight, or obesity, and provide reference for diagnosis in relevant departments.
External Eye Check whether the external appearance of the eye is normal, and screen for trachoma, conjunctivitis, etc.
Surgical Examination (Male) Check for enlarged lymph nodes, thyroid abnormalities, breast abnormalities, external genitalia, prostate, anal and rectal abnormalities, spinal deformities in the limbs, etc.
Vision Check whether vision is normal.
Internal Medicine Check for abnormalities in the heart and lungs, enlarged liver or spleen, abdominal masses, etc.
Ear, Nose & Throat Examination 1 Check for abnormalities in the ear, nose, and throat (such as otitis media, perforated eardrum, enlarged tonsils, etc.).
Fundus Examination Check for macular degeneration, arteriosclerosis, and other abnormalities in the fundus.

Laboratory Tests (33 items)

Test Item Description
High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) Important for the diagnosis and treatment monitoring of inflammation, tissue injury, malignant tumors, and other diseases.
Malignant Tumor Specific Growth Factor A broad-spectrum tumor marker used for auxiliary diagnosis of tumors and follow-up observation of high-risk populations.
Antistreptolysin O (ASO) Commonly used as one of the laboratory tests for rheumatic diseases; provides clues and evidence for doctors to diagnose rheumatic conditions.
Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen (SCC) A marker for squamous cell carcinoma, used for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment monitoring of squamous cell cancers. It has relatively high specificity; significantly elevated levels should raise suspicion for squamous cell carcinoma.
Neuron-specific Enolase (NSE) Detects neuron-specific enolase, one of the tumor markers. It is recommended to combine with other tumor markers when used.
Carbohydrate Antigen 72-4 (CA72-4) Detects CA72-4, which can serve as one of the tumor markers for gastrointestinal tumors. It is recommended to combine with other tumor markers when used.
Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) Reflects the average blood glucose level in the 1–2 months prior to the examination; it is a key screening indicator for diabetes.
Homocysteine (Hcy) A marker of cardiovascular disease risk; can be used as a risk assessment factor to indicate the danger of disease occurrence.
Cytokeratin 19 Fragment (CYFRA21-1) An important indicator for the differential diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and prognosis judgment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Lipoprotein(a) Elevated Lipoprotein(a) is an independent risk indicator for atherosclerosis.
Thyroid Function Test (3 items) Helps in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases or thyroid dysfunction; it is currently the most commonly used endocrine test.
Hepatitis B Two Half (HBsAg/Ab, HBeAg/Ab, HBcAb) Used to detect acute hepatitis B, chronic persistent hepatitis B, chronic active hepatitis B, HBsAg carriers, and whether antibodies appear after hepatitis B vaccination.
Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) Increased LDH activity is mainly seen in myocardial infarction, acute or chronic hepatitis, liver cancer, skeletal muscle diseases, blood system diseases, pulmonary infarction, hypothyroidism, kidney syndrome, and advanced malignant tumors.
α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) Elevated levels can be seen in myocardial infarction, active rheumatic carditis, acute viral myocarditis, hemolytic anemia, etc.
Creatine Kinase (CK) Elevated creatine kinase can be seen in myocardial infarction, viral myocarditis, pericarditis, dermatomyositis, muscular dystrophy, cerebral infarction, etc.
Carbohydrate Antigen 50 (CA50) Detects CA50, one of the tumor markers. It is recommended to combine with other tumor markers when used.
Carbohydrate Antigen 242 (CA242) Detects CA242, one of the tumor markers. It is recommended to combine with other tumor markers when used.
Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) Detects CA19-9, one of the tumor markers for gastrointestinal tumors. It is recommended to combine with other tumor markers when used.
Free Prostate-Specific Antigen (fPSA) An auxiliary marker for prostate cancer screening.
Total Prostate-Specific Antigen (tPSA) A specific marker for screening prostate tumors. However, it can also be mildly elevated in benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis.
Serum Triglycerides Serum triglycerides — one of the most common blood lipid tests.
Serum Total Cholesterol Combined with other blood lipid tests to understand lipid metabolism.
Routine Blood Test (5-classification) One of the most commonly used initial screening tests in clinical practice; provides clues and evidence for doctors to diagnose blood system diseases.
Helicobacter pylori Antibody (Blood) Detects Helicobacter pylori antibodies.
Renal Function Test (3 items) Checks for kidney function impairment, such as uremia and gouty kidney disease.
Routine Urinalysis 1 Can indicate urinary system diseases: acute or chronic nephritis, pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis, nephrotic syndrome, lupus nephritis, hemoglobinuria, renal infarction, heavy metal salt or drug-induced acute renal tubular necrosis, kidney or bladder tumors, etc.
Fasting Blood Glucose Blood glucose (blood sugar) refers to the glucose in the blood. It is of great value in assessing the body's glucose metabolism status, diagnosing glucose metabolism disorders, and guiding clinicians in formulating and adjusting treatment plans.
Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP) Quantitative Can indicate primary liver cancer, germ cell tumors, liver cirrhosis, etc.
Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) Quantitative A broad-spectrum tumor marker that can indicate rectal cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, etc.
Serum High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDL-C) Detects serum high-density lipoprotein. One of the common blood lipid tests. It has a protective effect on blood vessels. Low levels increase the risk of atherosclerosis.
Serum Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-C) Detects serum low-density lipoprotein. One of the common blood lipid tests. Elevated LDL is a high-risk factor for coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular disease, and atherosclerosis.
Rheumatoid Factor (RF) A laboratory test for rheumatic diseases; provides clues and evidence for doctors to diagnose rheumatic conditions.
Liver Function Test (11 items) Can indicate hepatobiliary system diseases: acute infectious hepatitis, toxic hepatitis, fatty liver, cholangitis, cholecystitis, drug-induced toxic hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, and jaundice.
